Track One
Leadership Training
September 2026 – December 2026 one Saturday a month
This is for anyone who has a heart for ministry, or is interested in further leadership development. During this track we will focus on identifying your gifts and talents, developing the foundation you will need to last in ministry, and you will learn the DNA of leadership basics at Grace Church. Anyone desiring to go into Track Two must complete this step first.
The following topics will be covered:
• Discovery of your gifts and talents
• Holy Spirit Activation & Intro to Biblical Interpretation
• The DNA of Grace Church
• Leadership 101: Heart issues, personal growth, character/integrity, mentoring/discipleship
Track Two
Ministry Internship
January 2026 – May 2026 one Saturday a month
This is for leaders who feel called to platform ministry that involves speaking, leading larger groups, and/or management levels of ministry. This track provides hands on, real time training, coaching and feedback with opportunities for you to practice and grow in your public communication and the delivery of God’s Word. Track One completion is mandatory to apply for the Ministry Internship.
The following topics will be covered:
• Leadership 201:Conflict resolution, leading others well
• Ministry 101
• Speaking/Teaching
• Small Group Leadership
Requirements
• 18+
• Pastoral approval
• Currently serving on our Dream Team
• Mature believer living a life above reproach
• Tither
• A commitment to attend our monthly in-person session
Fees
The Grace Ministry Track has a monthly fee of $100 which is to be paid the first of the month starting in September through our Grace giving portal. Married couples who go through this GMT together will only pay the monthly fee of $75/person.
Additional fees for required reading will be your responsibility.
Expectations
• Attend monthly meetings from 1-5pm every second Saturday. (Participants can miss up to 2 meetings)
• Monthly book assignments/video curriculum
• Attend both Sunday services and/or serve one
• Lead a small group
• Be a part of the prayer team
• Rotate and assist at Lunch with the Pastors
• Be open to public speaking and receiving public and private feedback for growth (Track 2 only)
• Agree and sign the Grace Honor Code and Leadership Covenant
Additional Options
Interns are invited to participate in Manager’s Meetings on Tuesdays at 10am at the church. (Not a requirement)
Interns will have the option to pursue a Pastoral Development License through Grace International.
