AT HOME RESEARCH PROJECTS
Here are some examples of small projects you can do at home to make an impact in our community!
Assemble a SmilePack for Children of the Nations and bring them to church, we’ll get them to Children of the Nations! There are several types of smilepacks needed, so please visit their website to learn what supplies are needed in each pack.
Write encouragement cards to women in shelters, deployed service members, or nursing home residents. Contact our Outreach director to help find a place to deliver, or bring these to church and our Outreach team will distribute!
Pack a travel sized toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo & conditioner, body wash or soap, a rag, a comb, lotion, socks, and baby wipes in a gallon sized Ziploc bag. You could also include snack food items such as tuna, crackers, applesauce, beef jerky, water, and a fork for the tuna. If you would like to include a small devotional, reach out to our Outreach Director and we can provide you with these! Pack everything in a gallon sized Ziploc bag and distribute yourself or bring to church and our Outreach team will distribute. These are great to keep in the car to distribute as needed!
