Pathway Health Clinic (PHC) has been serving the North County San Diego community as a licensed medical clinic since 2002. We provide no-cost limited early pregnancy services to those facing an unplanned pregnancy. If you think you might be pregnant- we can help. In addition to the pregnancy and medical services we offer at no cost, we provide many community resources to help our local women as well.
Resources include but are not limited to:
Education, Health and Medical, Life Skills Training, Shelter, Food, Clothing, and Employment.
Serving San Diego County at multiple locations, we help restore the lives of people experiencing homelessness, abuse, poverty or addiction through faith-based emergency services, residential rehabilitation programs, children’s services, hunger relief efforts and community outreach.
Solutions for Change is a complete solution for family homelessness, but it doesn’t stop there. When you transform families now, you transform families for generations to come. Families often struggle in “the churn” before finding Solutions for Change. Through Solutions Academy, a University-like setting, families discover hope-filled purpose and forever change the course of their lives. Parents become role models, children excel in school, and new opportunities become possible for families and communities.
Our mission is to minister the love of God to the poor, needy and homeless in North San Diego County through the provision of food, clothing, hygiene, shelter, counseling, education, job training, and health care.
Got Your Back San Diego is a weekend food assistance program for children attending San Diego County schools, whose main source of nutrition is cafeteria food Monday through Friday but, apart from school, lack a reliable food source on Saturday and Sunday. As a result, many of these children must endure entire weekends with little to nothing to eat.
Our mission is to remain steadfast in the fight against childhood hunger in our local communities by bringing a reliable source of nutritious food into the homes of kids who struggle with food insecurity. By partnering with local schools, our goal is to increase public awareness of food insecurity and help those children who suffer from the many challenges and disadvantages of not having a consistent, reliable source of healthy food.
If you or someone you know is experiencing financial insecurity and is in need of support, please visit these websites to learn about resources available in our community.
Please call 2-1-1 or visit their website (https://www.211.org/) to learn about current community resources such as finding food, shelter, mental health care, domestic violence support, rent and utility help, or even immigration support.
